tested
Today we had our game tested in class. overall, people seemed to enjoy the game. However, one thing most people found confusing was the way that creatures moved. the Valkyrie and ginat were two of the most common pieces people had problems with. To solve this, we will be updating the movement page to be clearer in each of the pieces. overall today took on a positive note for our team.
Rules
Any model moved onto is killed.
The person who Kills the Shrine first wins
The Shrine must be landed upon and remained upon for two turns to kill it.
God can not cross diety line (middle line) on either level.

Divine armies
in our game, our game board is 9 by 12 squares, on two tiers in which our "characters" are in. Each player controls one side of the board, with his characters (see sketches). each player is in control of his "heaven" and "earth";. each side controls a "shrine" in which is the goal of the opposite team to destroy. each team has 8 types of character. the first of these is the shrine. this is the all important piece. it cannot move, and if captured/destroyed by the enemy, then they win. Valkyries cannot attack shrines, but all other pieces may. further pieces include knights, peasants, Valkyries, giants, gods, walls, and Cerberus. giants are the only character that is allowed to "move" walls. walls cannot move by themselves.
